Right knee ligaments

I got hurt my right leg knee with small accident , I can't band my knee in 90 degree also had little pain and I am walking with stick I attached here my MRI report, doc said I need surgery but I want to do cure with physiotherapist and exercise. I spoke with few people with similar injury they said it can be cure without surgery. Please advise

Go for surgery without any second thought Otherwise your knee joint will get damaged with time and after few years u ll have to go for knee replacement
