Hi I wanted to know which rice/noodles are  good when we are dieting. If konjac rice/noodles are a  good option?

Hi, Rice and wheat are having same calories.  We avoid rice as it has less fibre and it gives satiety after having more portion than required. Brown rice are better than white one but for the weight loss try to have millets and good amount water. For noodles there are varieties of that, buckwheat, ragi, oats there are so many plz explore the other options as well. Add lots of veggies while cooking.

Normal rice is prefectly fine. Noodles you can go for whole grain ones.
