Review of my CBCT scan

Hi, Can some of the dentists here help me understand what the cbct scan is saying? It would be really healpful as i do not understand this diffuse hypodense area.

The cbct shows you had a rct in the front left first incisor, and the hypotension suggests to the bone in that region that's in healing phase.

It is saying some areas have healed and some are still healing. Hypodense means bone density is less which will recover with time. Hyper sense means there is more density suggestive of RCT fillings. There is generalized bone loss between two teeth so you should do ultrasonic scaling every 6 months to avoid further loss.
