Left fallopian tube is visualised in its entire length and appears up. However spill over of contrast is noted confirming patency. What does it mean. Pls explain the result of hsg. I don have right tube due to ectopic

Left tube is patent as per the report you have mentioned. It doesn't have any block that's why spill is present
