Hello, pain could be because of infection to roots.visit a dentist and get it checked.get an X ray done. if there is an infection get it treated followed by a crown. the treatment will range you around Rs 7,000-15,000/- depending upon the case, dentist, and the locality of the clinic.

I would advice you to go for a checkup with a Dentist. Broken tooth can be restored with a Root canal n a Cap. U need not remove the teeth unless its in a very bad stage....as natural teeth is always better than an artificial one.
