Reoccurring anxiety and panic attack

I have reoccurring eposide of anxiety and panic attack. I feel like something bad is going to happen especially related to health issue ( hypochondria type ).And I am currently under medication Nexito - 15 mg per day Toficalm - 100 mg per day Lonazep 0.25 - SOS basis . So need some help,guidance and direction.
