Regarding upper chest pain sometime.

I have pain in upper chest with body movements like when sitting etc. I ran 1 km plus everyday and don't feel any pain pressure and can run easily. My echo and tmt were also normal in may 2024. Is there anything to be worried off?

Change life style DIET plan. Use plenty of water n liquid. Avoid spicy food fast food, junk food, outside food.   Pain is due to gas acidity gastritis all r same. Tab nexpro Rd 40 one in empty stomach for ten days. Meftal spas DS two times a day after food for three days or as required.
