Regarding Stomach pain

My mother aged 52 yrs, suffered from Loose motions 2 days back and now though motion is better, she is facing Stomach pains and gas issue. Doctor recommended Cyclopam for relief from stomach pain, I also have Drotin M available at home, also used for stomach pain. Can I know that can Drotin M be used or we should go for Cyclopam? Thank you

If pain abdomen is present in the whole abdomen go for drotin m or else if pain is near the heart and burning kind with burping go for tab. pan 40 Tab. Hyosimax

You can give drotin m twice a day and add Cap Pantop dsr along with it. As she had loose motions too, adding an antibiotic should be considered.
