1. What are your symptoms which you are feeling are related to your heart? Stethoscope auscultation and ECHO cannot diagnose or predict whether you have coronary artery disease. They can only diagnose valvular disease.

Your question doesn't say anything about your symptoms....why do you think you have a heart problem? Please be precise about your symptoms. Based on that we can decide whether you need cardiac evaluation, 2D echo or not.

Hello, Symptoms that feels related to heart need to be elaborated..what kind of symptoms you are feeling !! Usually auscultation tells many abnormalities of heart but is not totally dependable.. if your doctor is finding any abnormality on auscultation then also they confirm it by doing echo.. If symptoms are not matching cardiac issue and your doctor is not getting any finding on auscultation then they might not go for echo but if your symptoms are matching to any cardiac issue and there is no auscultatory finding then your doctor might advise you to go for echo ..
