Novaclax 1_0_1 x 3 days... First and foremost x_ray should be taken  for concerned tooth to decide the extent of the cavity.... Based on radiographic (x_ray) investigation treatment will be decided whether simple filling or Root canal treatment...

Take tablet ebility for now but visit the dental clinic
