I have been facing issue in erection at the age of 21 , so I used Ashwagandha and Shilajit. And by consuming these I get back my erection, but after eating ,it also urges me to masturbate due to effect of those herbal medicines. Shall I masturbate or control (as I am taking herbal medicines).

You are only 21 yrs, hope u r not married yet. In that case this erection issue is not important. Regarding masturbation practice u should abstain from such practices. As it is the best part of our structural component. If u r married and suffer from erection issue at this age, u need to consult across the table with Doctor. Self medication is injurious to health devoid of any system like  Ayurved, Homoeopathy or Allopathy.
Next Steps
concentrate on constructive activity.

Don't masturbate as when you feel. But this doesn't mean you should never do it. 3 to 4 times in a week of masturbation is good. And it might help to boost your confidence

Don’t try to check yourself regarding erection. It’s quite normal phenomenon. You don’t need any medicines for that . Just try to divert your mind from sex . You will be able to do the best whenever you need it .
