Anxiety will never cause you any kind of heart attack is just a false alarm that will make you feel like there is a tightness in chest and need a palpitations that mimic the symptoms of heart attack, but they’re actually not so don’t worry at all about having any heart related issue, even if you get your test done, it will all be fine and normal. The most important thing that you need to do is take therapy take CBT and if required medicine should also be taken so you can contact me for further evaluation. We will together work on this all the best.

You should continue taking medication. Anxiety disorders are treatable with medication and therapy. You should continue both. Without consulting your doctor you should not stop it. If you have any queries or concerns, you should share it with your doctor rather than stopping medication by yourself.
Next Steps
Consult psychiatrists offline or online.
Health Tips
Continue treatment

Of course anxiety is bothersome, But treatable. You should take treatment/expert advice. Sometimes abrupt discontinuation of antianxiety medications at high doses may worsen symptoms of anxiety. So start and discontinuation of treatment should be with expert advice. Meanwhile you should develop positive lifestyle changes.

Anxiety can be bothersome. Panic attacks are a form of extreme anxiety. Given you were responsive to treatment, it’s a possibility that partial remission was achieved, but before complete remission, treatment was not continued. Anxiety disorders require treatment at least 3-6 months or more in certain cases.
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist.
