Neck /upper back humps can be due to steroid drugs also, so make sure you are not on any long duration medicines or ayurvedic medicine with hidden steroids in it. If it's postural only ,it should go away with attention to posture. You can buy a clavicle brace from Amazon or a store as per your chest size and use it. This helps keep your shoulders back and your posture good.
