How can I decrease my height as I am 5"8 or 9 any exercise or something can reduce 3 to 4 inches? Pls help

Absolutely normal height, no need to change normal biomechanics of body, height could be reduced to some extent with a risk of necrosis and amputation of limb by Ilazarove technique upto 1 inch in leg and 1-2 inch in thigh bone , Naturally your height should reduce over period of time as you age gradually , spinal height is reduced by upto 2 inches

Avoid hanging or stretching exercises , do plenty of weight lifting exercise, lunges, squats and core workout

No excercises can decrease the height. Once height is reached that means new bone has already formed and it is impossible to reduce it with exercises
