Reddish spotting at 14 weeks

I'm 14 weeks and 6 days pregnant with a reddish spotting when wiping with tissue after using the washroom . Having low lying placenta where the lower end covers internal os. Done fetal well being ultrasound previous sat everything is good fetal heart rate at 161bpm using dydrogestrone at morning at sustan 200 evening. Is spotting normal . Should i be worried about that. Its really concerning each & every week it is repeating
