Red round rashes and swelling all body

My baby is 1 ad half yr old and from last three days he has facing red round patches all over the body and swelling in hands ,ears , foot and also have fever then I gave flexon for fever and Atarax syrup for allergy dnt know what is reason behind that after first dose in morning all swelling goes away but again got same problems in legs and swelling in both foots , patches photo attached please suggest me what is issue

Pls visit nearby pediatrician for the examination , as rashes can occur due to so many reasons so examination is important
