Hello, You need to reduce your stress levels and also improve your oral hygiene. For symptomatic relief use Dologel-CT,5-6 times a day over the ulcers,leave it for about 15-20 minutes and then rinse your mouth.Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables.
