Recurring suicidal thoughts

2019-03-01 11:08:59
Have been suffering with severe depression (diagnosed after psychological sessions and by a psychiatrist) from the past one year. Things seemed to be getting better but from the past few months, it's all been a downfall. I'm not interested in anything anymore. Neither do I feel like talking. Took me a long time to type this also. There is guilt, anger, regret and just sadness and finishing it up seems the only way out of this. I want to go back to the way I was, but can't figure out how.

Hi From your message one thing I can clearly notice is your impulsive behavior which might be  part of your personality, so it looks along with DEPRESSION you may also have personality disorder, so before taking any decision plz share with your family or close friend and take help of psychiatrist as early as possible.
