Recurring and regular headache
Hello,
I'm having regular headache since the last few years now. The frequency has increased and now it is almost on a daily basis. The areas are forehead, both sides of the temple, and above the eyebrows. Using hot, cold compress and medicines like Saridon give relief.
What could be the reason?
I am in a stressful job and have continous screen time for atleast 12, 13 hours daily.

Hello dear,
Based on your explanation your headache might be due to stress, inadequate sleep, poor posture and nutrition.It is often called as Tension headache.
Instead of taking pain relief medication try meditation daily , keep yourself hydrated, take a balanced diet and get enough sleep.
Don't complicate your health.
