I have two abortions.. I have concieved naturally but pregnancy stops in 2 months not proceeding.. In ultrasound development stay in yolk sac... In this 3 d tvs ultrasound,what shown ?? Pls tell me,Is  this reason my pregnancy not developed or not... What Is shown my report...

What is mentioned in your scan that adhesion may interfere with implantation of pregnancy But last two pregnancy u had no issue with implantation But sudden arrest of growth / heartbeat of baby needs immunological evaluation If husband sperm DN A health to be assessed

Hope this ultrasound is done in non pregnant state . It shows adhesions . Anyway you need to be evaluated for recurrent abortion. It might needs to have hysteroscopy and D@c for removal of adhesions

I can't read scan images directly, but early losses where development stops around the yolk sac stage are usually explained by a chromosomal or uterine cause found only after a full workup, not from one ultrasound alone.
