Hello, I was diagnosed with missed miscarriage and had a D&C on 15 Jan 2021. I want to know if there are any ayurvedic remedies which can help uterus heal quickly and prepare again for conception

Definitely you can take medication. Give a gap of minimum 3 months before trying to conceive again.Take proper pre conception care through Ayurveda to prevent further miscarriage. You can reach out for the post miscarriage medications for strengthening the uterus as well as to have a healthy conception next time.

Better to find cause for miscarriage. Consult with Ayurveda physician. Phal ghrit Uttarbasti give excellent results for uterine problems. Can take Chandraprabha vati , Dashmoolarishta with Ashwagandha rishta, phalghrit , sariva manjishta phant. Can consult me online if you are outside of Mumbai.

Hello Ma'am,no need to worry, Take Satavarex Zandu 2 tsf bid with milk,M 2 Tone 2 tsf bid with water or Dashmoolarista 4 tsf bid with equal amount of water after meals for 1 month,
