Hello! I've developed a toothache yesterday and am unsure what to do. The pain is in my upper right molar.

Dental infections are not cured by medications which only act to provide temporary symptomatic relief. You will be required to make a visit to the dentist for the objective treatment of your problem according to the diagnosis which can be ascertained after a proper clinical examination. Regards

It could be a cavity requiring a filling. Please get a dental check up and your dentist can do the needful. You can use clove oil or Colgate painout on that tooth to relieve the discomfort. If the pain is more, you can take dolo 650.
