Radiating pain in shoulder and upper arm

2019-01-15 05:07:23
From last 3 days I am observing heaviness just below my left shoulder blade, a dulll pain radiates on a perticular position when hand needs to do heay work. This pain radiates from rear side of deltoid, between both triceps, elbow to palm. Feeling at elbow and little finger is negligible, its observable conciously only. But when I use left arm to to do any heavy work, I feel shaking of shoulder blade and shoulder. When I go in cold weather, My left shoulder starts shaking first, later if it is more colder, other body parts shake. And dont know if it is making my left outer and upper cheast heavy. In normal condition when I am working on mobile or computer, it don't shake. What could be the reason for same. Earlier I had typhoid, since then I have experienced various radiating pains from or near spine to various body part. Left arm was also one of them but that time all issues were showing up for 3hrs to a day, not more than a day. But this time it is for 3 days.

Please see a infectious diseases doctor, general medicine doc, or orthopedic for having differential diagnosis between typhoid spine and pure musculoskeletal issue.
Next Steps
Avoid taking ultrasound or other PT until getting clearance from medical doctor.
