As you took ARV more than 3 months ago. So, you have to take full course of ARV. Consult with your nearest doctor.

I understand your concern. Since you have already completed a full course of anti-rabies vaccine (ARV) earlier this year, the standard recommendation for re-exposure is to take two booster doses of ARV12. You’ve already taken one dose, so you should take the second booster dose three days after the first one Additionally, it’s important to clean the wound thoroughly with soap and water and apply an antiseptic. If you haven’t already, you might also need a tetanus booster, depending on your vaccination history Please consult with me to confirm this plan and ensure you receive the appropriate care. It’s always best to follow professional medical advice for your specific situation. How are you feeling now? Do you have any other questions or concerns?
