Is it ok to eat Aclonac SP tablet twice in a day for example one tablet in the morning and another tablet after Lunch but not in evening ?

Its very hard to say with such a less history, kindly elaborate for what purpose are you taking that. And its always better to keep more than 8-10 hours of gap between 2 doses for optimum action and minimum side effects

No. When you take medicine twice a day it means that the effect of that medicine lasts for 12 hours. By taking one dose in the morning and the second dose after lunch we ensure that the next dose of the medicine (to be taken on the next morning) will be taken after a gap of 18 hours or more.  So you will have a gap of about 6 hours when the effective concentration of the medicines will not be available.
