Is it myth or not ? people say do not drink milk or milk tea after eating grapes , watermelon or melon ? So can we drink milk or milk tea after or before melon,watermelon or grapes ? Will it cause any sickness or not ? Can we take them ?

Hello Hope you are doing well According to ayurveda this is not good combination as milk is having all nutrients like calcium vitamins If you take fiber which your fruit before milk or after milk then fiber can hinder the calcium absorption And according to ayurveda milk and fruit should not be good combination it will give you indigestion
