It is recommended to have a dry eye specialist evaluate you for the type of dry eye and the likely cause. There may not be a definitive cure for dry eyes however the symptoms can be well managed with medications or other therapies so that you can live a reasonably symptom free life.
Health Tips
Avoid excessive use of screens and air conditioning or indoor heating. Wear contact lenses judiciously, if applicable. Use an unpreserved topical lubricant regularly. After examination, your dry eye specialist may recommend the use of adjunctive eye drops like topical Cyclosporine or other therapies like Intense Pulse Light Therapy with Photo Biomodulation.
