Hello it is normal to feel anxious when symptoms persists despite negative testing . Firstly i would like to clear that sometimes these tests turns out to be false negatives. Further i would like to hear more from you regarding the symptoms for eg what has been the type of fever - timing, duration, low /high grade, associated symptoms- vomiting , headache , burning sensation during urination , bowel habits , is there any cough cold associated or not ? Also describe more about the abdominal discomfort you are having- site of pain, duration , intensity, associated with any other factors causing it to relieve or aggravate, migrates or not ? Also please mention your city state if any local endemic disease might be prevalent in your area
