I'm having fever since last Thursday,had surgery(ileostomy closure),on 05th Dec Was having fever and pus was coming out of wound..Im currently taking antibiotic ciprodfoxacin 500mg,twice day and doing regular dressing Pus culture report has arrived Kindly tell me what is there in the report and help me🙏

You had a major surgery.  Please don't change antibiotics on the advice of any doctor on tele-consultation. If you develop septicaemia  you will not know whom to blame.

It’s antibiotic is resistant change to tigecycline kindly do blood and urine culture also and please consult your surgeon

You are resistant to ciprofloxacillin,your current antibiotic.you need to change to any of the others that you are susceptible to, as per your report.

Stop ciprofloxacin its resistance If ur your renal  parameters are normal U can take amikacin 250 mg once a day IM for 5 days
