My 2d echo repost says mild tricuspid regurgitation and mild pulmonary hypertension pasp 38 mmHg does mild TR and mild PH can become severe in future I have no heart or lung disease 2d report is normal just mild TR and mild PH is it a cause of concern?

If you are symptomatic like feeling breathless on mild exertion get an opinion of pulmonologist who may suggest pulmonary function test done
