Sometimes the pain in our body, doesn't have any kind of physically reason. As you said you are physically fine but pain is there. For knowing more about trauma and subconscious mind, psychologist/therapist can help you. To deal with this type of pain and tension on body just you need to find the reason and then therapist can help you for treatment step by step.
But for quick treatment, please sit in a calm place, relax your muscles and close your eyes, try to have deep breath, hold it and count till 5 , then release it. Repeat this kind of relaxation at least for 10-15 minutes, you will feel better.
