Are protein shake, BCAA, glutamine and other things are safe for body! I go to the gym regularly so should I take it?

Hello, Taking any kind of supplements or medicines is not advisable, until you are into vigorous activity or heavy lifting. As it may harm the body in long term. Follow a protein rich diet and take protein post workout as it will help in building muscle mass (like paneer, soyabean, sprouts, egg whites, chicken)
