Protein powder intake

After 6 months of pregnancy, should I double my protein powder intake. I'm taking pro pl lite powder (currently 2 scoops: 30g ). I'm on sugar controlled diet as diagnosed with GDM.

Please consult your Gynaecologist for further management. You didn't mention what your weight is and the weight of your baby. Heavy doses of protein powder will certainly make you gain weight. For high protein diet you should use green vegetables, daal, fresh fruits, eggs  and Panir

Get your sugar levels tested as GDM is gestational diabetes only. It might be possible your sugar levels are normal now. Take natural source of protein like eggs , paneer,  daal ,soyabean
