you are facing this problem due to the inflammation and excess weight. dont go for walk bcz it will cause more inflammation and it can be a reason of more weight gain . i will suggest u to start a personalized DIET PLAN as soon as possible instead of any workout start a diet bcz DIET is the only KEY to loose weight . take fiber rich food .. Low in GI .. EAT healthy and avoid all junk foods and avoid simple sugur ..
