Sporolac DS 2-3 times a day .. OR Capsule VSL-3 : once a day - before breakfast. Continue at least as long as you are taking antibiotics. Kindly ensure at least 1-2 hr gap between your antibiotics and probiotics doses.
Next Steps
if the frequency of loose motion is more than 3-4 times a day/ dizziness/severe weakness etc present and no improvement then kindly consult with the doctor preferably physical consultation.
Health Tips
light diet. and plenty of oral fluids. if no cough-cold issues/ no curd allergy then increase curd and buttermilk in diet. rice based diet /easily digestible food.e.g. khichdi-curd/curd rice etc. avoid processed food/heavy meals/deep.fried  food/very spicy food.

You should take Sporolac DS BD along with the antibiotic. Also, make sure to take a diet low in fat and spices. Drink plenty of fluids.
