Hi,it seems you have problem of cavity. you need to get it checked and get that filled as soon as possible. if the cavity gets deeper then you will have severe pain.

hello Sir, compliments of the query, genuine space between teeth can get enlarged or more due gum proliferation and more and more food imp action. Primary is to keep it clean by inter proxa brush if its large gap visible to eye or small gap then by floss. Keep night rinse and cleaning every night for couple of weeks. Please do take Doxycycline, metronidazole and rabeprazole twice daily for 5 days for a much relief. Do an x ray and contact neighborhood dentist for a proper judicious treatment. but another important suggestion please do a periodical follow up to near by dentist and make it cleaned regualr . then the gums will be healthy. Later on u can consult and discuss the dentist for more radical approach.

Hello, pain could be because of cavity or infection to roots. visit a dentist and get it checked. get an X-ray done. if there is a cavity get it filled or if infection to roots get the treatment done.

Dear Sir, As per your complaint, you most probably must be having a cavity in your premolar teeth. It must be on the tooth surface which is adjacent to the other tooth,hence there is deposition of food. Sir, there can be deep cavity in that tooth reaching pulp, you should visit a dentist and get an IOPA done of that area that will clear the picture . If the cavity is not reaching pulp then get it filled, but if its reaching pulp then you have to get its RCT done followed by capping.

There may be any hidden caries between teeth i.e proximal caries.or may be pocket formation in gum..or may be gap...where food gets accumulated.one xray is important for proper diagnosis..

This occurs when there is pressure on the Pre- molar while biting so there are chances that there is a cavity on the side of the tooth which cannot be seen on the top and/or infection in the gums or both. Hi..yes that's definitely a problem...any space in between teeth unless self cleansing (easy to wash off the food particles) is an issue. You may have to get an x-ray done first of all to check if there's any proximal caries(cavity on sides /in between the teeth). Also to check if there is any bone loss due to repeated food impaction. if any of these are positive then further treatment in that path is mandatory and urgent. else floss and use interdental brush everyday and manage. Further remedies like braces or crowns for the teeth can be considered.
