My home pregnancy test came positive on 25th May. Based on my last period and a regular cycle, I believe I am in my 7th week of pregnancy now. After the positive test, I experienced strong symptoms like extreme fatigue, bloating, food aversions, craving cold and salty foods, and severe breast tenderness. However, over the past few days, these symptoms have noticeably reduced. I still feel a little tired and some breast pain while pressing, but the overall intensity has become much less. I also feel hungry and food cravings have returned as they used to be earlier. There has been no bleeding or cramping. I have also been travelling daily for approximately 50 mins for work. As I am in my 7th week, shall I visit a gynaecologist and what all tests should be done
