High WBC count and crp doesn't tell you where is the infection in your body,u need to get blood, urine test done and do u have any cough, burning micturation or increase frequency of micturation, fever, vaginal discharge? All these things need to be examined and  investigation accordingly.then the cause shd be treated

Please consult your Gynaecologist. You have chances of preterm delivery.  So your Gynaecologist should get a chance to prevent it if he can.

There could be some source of infection, either urinary or vaginal infection. So you will require further testing to identify the cause and antibiotic or treatment according to the cause. If you have fever, then your doctor might prefer starting antibiotics.
