Hello In november 2021 i had an ectopic pregnancy and on 4th feb i done with laparoscopy....now we are planning for a baby .....but i have something in my mind what if i have again ectopic pregnancy bcz i have only one tube now.......plz help me out how i can reduce the chances of having ectopic pregnancy again

You can not reduce your chances of getting an Ectopic pregnancy.  Just remember that the incidence of Ectopic pregnancy is only  0.7%. So you have more than 99% chances that you will have a normal pregnancy.
