If you really like it than have it once in a month. Do not consume it if you are suffering from acidity, indigestion etc. Include eggs, milk & milk products, good amount of fruits and veggies, cereals and millets like ragi, jowar, jau, nuts and seeds in your diet. Have a balanced meal for a safe and healthy delivery.
