I am 10 weeks pragnent.From last 2 days I have spotting. Do USG and Dr said I have small SCH at lower pole and ask for complete bed rest.how much time I have to lie down on bed ?can I sit for a while? And how long I will bleed? Last USG report 06/11/2023 CRL-28 mm MSD-46 mm YOLK SAC-4 mm FHR-186/minute 9WEEKS 5 DAYS

Spotting might be there for another 5-7 days . You might have to take a follow up scan next week if bleeding or spotting doesn’t stop. If any medications have been given to you ,continue taking them. Avoid sitting for long periods.
