Postpartum Belly Button Concern

After two pregnancies, I noticed that my belly button has not gone back in. It is mildly coming outward. It looks like there could be a risk of a hernia, but there is no pain so far. However, I can see a difference, it is slowly bulging more over time. How can I prevent this from getting bigger? Are there any fitness machines or equipment that I can buy to exercise at home? Please help. I have a baby and a toddler and going out or finding time for self-care is very difficult. Which doctor should I consult for this? Any advice would help

You have to get it checked before its too late, you have to get an ultrasound done to see if everything is fine If it hernia they will see the size and then decide what to do, consult a general surgeon they would really help
