Posterior bulge at L5-S1 level causing thecal sac indentation, bilateral neural foraminal narrowing abutting the exiting nerve roots. Please suggest me the excercises I'm confusing

Take physiotherapy session by modality ift/tens & traction for 4 to 5 days. Excersize given by physiotherapist should be regular twice a day as prescribed.

excersize prescribed. 1)leg raise upto 90 degree with diaphragmatic breathing ( long deep breath) with hold duration 10 to 20 second for 10 repeatation both leg(one by one leg raise). 2) bridging 3)chest to knee bending ( one by one alternate) 4)back extension stretching while on standing Note :- do all excersize with long deep breathing 10 to 20 second hold 10 repeatation
Health Tips
avoid forward bending & weight lift, cross leg sitting. while long seating & traveling should be use LS BELT or back rest pillow.

Its very simple Take IFT+US for 10 days and later start the following exercises at home. Exercise's to reduce LBA 1. Lower tummy strengthening. 2. Deep abdominal strengthening. 3. Bridge. 4. Pelvis tilt. 5. Lower back stretch. 6. Leg stretch. 7. Piriformis stretch.
