I had c-section two month before and  I was 81.5kg on the day of delivery. Now I am 75kg, in second month I didn't reduced in my weight. So can I start doing yoga (suryanamaskara) to reduce weight. Do suryanamaskara causes any problem to my wound. Pls suggest some exercises to reduce weight particularly belly fat.

Hey I would suggest plz start some exercise for core strengthening , you can some professional help That will help you tone your muscle , loose weight Overall your posture will improved Even you can avoid back pain in future

As per my opinion don't lift weight first of all and secondary if u do Surya namaskar it will effect on your stomach which not good sign just take morning walk daily and there are more yoga to do....
