Congratulations on your motherhood. It is recommended that you don't start dieting immediately till the time you feeding the baby completely . You can start after 6months. You can start taking walks n also you can do swimming and stretches involving your pelvic floor exercises, also few abdominal exercises, do not strain yourself, do as much as you are comfortable with. Have nutritious home cooked food. Keep yourself hydrated. Avoid too oily n spicy foods for 6months.
