I got Dengue in Oct and recovered in a week. However, post recovery I have very low energy, loss of stamina, constant tiredness, joint pain, severe acidity(had GERD since last couple of years but it was under control due to lifestyle management). Have also been feeling anxiety and depressed post recovery from Dengue.

Recovery from dengue fever can take time, and it's crucial to follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth and complete recovery: Rest: Dengue can be physically draining, so get plenty of rest to help your body recover. Stay Hydrated: Dengue can cause dehydration, so drink plenty of fluids, such as water, oral rehydration solutions, and clear soups to stay well-hydrated. Monitor Platelet Count: In severe cases of dengue, there can be a drop in platelet count. Your healthcare provider will monitor this, and if necessary, provide platelet transfusions. Pain Relief: Over-the-counter pain relievers like acetaminophen (paracetamol) can help manage fever and reduce pain. Avoid non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) like ibuprofen, as they can increase the risk of bleeding. Nutritious Diet: Consume a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and protein to aid in your recovery. Follow Medical Advice: Strictly adhere to any medical advice given by your healthcare provider, and attend follow-up appointments. Prevent Mosquito Bites: Continue to protect yourself from mosquito bites to avoid reinfection. Use mosquito nets, wear long-sleeved clothing, and use insect repellent. Restoration of Activity: Gradually ease back into your regular activities. Don't rush into strenuous physical activities. Emotional Support: It's common to feel anxious or stressed after dengue. Seek emotional support from friends, family, or a mental health professional if needed. Watch for Warning Signs: Be aware of any warning signs like severe abdominal pain, persistent vomiting, or bleeding, and seek medical attention immediately if these occur.
