Post covid anxiety

I have been experiencing anxiety and panic symptoms since last 2-3 months. I had covid in Jan 2022. This anxiousness has started out of no reason. Can it be a post covid problem?

yes could be postcovid anxiety,its common try exercise go to gym, yoga or indulge in outdoor activities , hobbies avoid screentime as much as possible dont stress too much have a health diet
