In the current lockdown situation your job search won’t necessarily bring out as many responses as you might expect. Although it completely depends on what industry sector you are involved in. So continue your search but don’t beat yourself down about it. Let’s try to take one little step at a time, I’ll suggest you pick a few tasks and make a check list out of them. They could be even simple daily routine task and as and so you finish them to strike them off. Don’t load your list with a lot of things at first, it might over whelm you. Include a few home choruses and helping out your grandparents. Include a few hobbies that might set your mood better and can work as a great stress reliever. These are small amendments to start off. But in case coping still get rough I suggest get in touch with a counsellor to enable you further.
Health Tips
Take things slowly right now.

Hi basically you are showing personality problem leading to different symptoms. If we keeo focus on symptoms to improve it will get better bt medication. But it will not go. As clock goes clock wise you need to work onto your thoughts where how you attach the stressor as like negatively or change to positivity. If taking negatively constant negative thinks cause chemical imbalance and thus you start seeing symptoms. So clockwise means you need too work on your thoughts which has become negative. As you keep working on this part with clinical psychologist. You will try to balance the imbalance chemicals in brain and then your symptoms you will learn to let it go. Past experience you cannot control but learn how to handle it. Working and knowing how too work on it will be helpful. So consult a clinical psychologist. Talk openly and take, psychotherapy sessions. Regards dr ruchi gupta. Consultant clinical psychologist chaitanya hospital/healing hospital.
