U might have experienced pain over right lower side of abdomen some days ago. Now that condition which was acute at that time has resolved and now u have subacute/chronic Appendicitis in such cases there is a formation of lump over appendix which has to be treated conservatively on antibiotics and some medications . U can go for appendicectomy by consulting any nearby surgeon but as such now u have to just take medicines and consult surgeon to plan ur appendicectomy. No need to worry now .

As suggested by the sonologist a CECT abdomen is necessary. But before that you need to be started on antibiotics. If appendicitis is confirmed you may need to undergo surgery.
