I don't know who diagnosed internal bleeding in the case of the patient and on what basis. This report is of no value as far as internal bleeding is concerned.

As per USG, the report is not serious...but the important concern is internal bleeding from somewhere as haemoglobin is 6 as per your statement...does the patient pass a black stool? Bloodstained vomiting?...the patient is also geriatric so there might be cancer-related causes...so needs proper evaluation and diagnosis under a good surgeon
